Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Moovweb collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, clickstream data, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request and store it in log files. Moovweb’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Moovweb’s visitors use its website. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personally-identifying information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

Access and Retention of Data Controlled by our Clients:

  • Moovweb has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personally-identifying information it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Moovweb’s Client (the data controller).
